Summary
This study looks at whether switching to a plant-based diet can improve heart health and reduce inflammation in people who have had a kidney transplant. About 25 participants, at least 3 months post-transplant, will follow a plant-based diet for 16 weeks. Researchers will track changes in blood markers, weight, blood pressure, and quality of life.
