New brain zapping therapy could ease Post-Concussion struggles

Summary

This study tests a noninvasive, personalized brain stimulation treatment (TMS) for people aged 18-65 with chronic symptoms after a mild concussion or brain injury, such as headache, dizziness, brain fog, or anxiety. Participants will have a 66% chance of receiving active TMS and a 33% chance of a sham treatment over 14 visits. The goal is to see if TMS improves brain connectivity and reduces symptoms, with effects lasting up to 2 months.
