Summary
This study tests the drug pembrolizumab in about 1,600 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and to identify biomarkers that predict response. Participants receive pembrolizumab and are monitored for tumor response and side effects.
