First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study compares giving a shorter, higher-dose radiation schedule (hypofractionated radiotherapy) either before or after breast cancer surgery. The goal is to see which timing is safer and works better for different types of non-metastatic breast cancer. About 120 adults with stage I-III breast cancer will take part. The approach aims to reduce treatment time and side effects while keeping the cancer under control.
