Summary
This study tests whether a drug called HNK can quickly improve symptoms in people with major depression that hasn't gotten better with standard treatments. About 50 adults aged 18 to 70 will receive four infusions of HNK and four of a placebo over several weeks, with their depression levels tracked. The goal is to see if HNK works faster than current options.
