Summary
This study looked at 300 adults to see if a common stomach infection called H. pylori is linked to unhealthy blood fat levels that can lead to heart disease. Researchers measured a special heart risk score called the Atherogenic Index of Plasma (AIP). The goal was to understand if treating the infection could also help protect the heart.
