NCT ID NCT06950489
First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested a simpler treatment for H. pylori, a stomach infection that can cause ulcers. Instead of the usual three or four drugs, researchers gave 50 adults a combination of two medicines: tegoprazan (to reduce stomach acid) and amoxicillin (an antibiotic). The goal was to see if this dual therapy could effectively clear the infection. The study was completed and measured success with a breath test.
