First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study is looking for new genes and blood markers that can help predict who will get arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (AVC), a genetic heart condition that can cause sudden cardiac arrest. Researchers will enroll 1000 people, including patients with AVC or unexplained cardiac arrest and their blood relatives. The goal is to better understand the disease and improve diagnosis and risk prediction.
