Summary
This program provides early access to an experimental drug called AVM0703 for people with various solid tumors and blood cancers, including hard-to-treat types like glioblastoma and metastatic breast cancer. It is available to patients in the US whose doctor requests it. So far, 37 patients have received the drug, and side effects have been mostly mild, such as itching during infusion and brief insomnia.
