Immune cells engineered to fight HPV tumors before standard care

Summary
This study tests whether a single dose of a patient's own genetically modified immune cells (E7 TCR-T cells) can shrink or eliminate HPV-related cancers before standard treatment like chemo-radiation or surgery. About 15 adults with advanced HPV-positive cancers (e.g., cervical, anal, or throat cancer) will receive the cell therapy. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and improves long-term survival without delaying standard care.
