Summary
This study follows 5,000 adults in Hong Kong who either have or are at high risk for brain diseases like stroke and dementia. Researchers will collect medical records, surveys, and phone interviews over many years to identify what factors lead to these conditions. The goal is to find scientifically proven ways to keep brains healthy as people age.
