First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a combination of two drugs, naptumomab estafenatox and durvalumab, in 120 adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to find safe doses and check for side effects, while also measuring how well the drugs shrink tumors. This study is not a cure, but aims to control disease in cancers like breast, ovarian, lung, and others.
