NCT ID NCT05381766

First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study is testing whether offering low-cost, culturally-adapted fresh produce boxes to immigrant communities in Brooklyn can improve their diet and sense of belonging. About 3,200 adults who speak English, Chinese, Spanish, or Bangla will receive the boxes along with nutrition education and gardening workshops. Researchers will measure changes in fruit and vegetable intake and social connections over time.
