NCT ID NCT06729957

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests whether a "Care Navigator" — a personal guide — can help people with substance use problems start and stay in treatment. About 360 adults who call a mental health access center will be randomly assigned to get usual care or extra help from a navigator. The goal is to see if more people complete at least three treatment visits within 48 days.
