First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether a 'Care Navigator' — a person who helps guide patients through the system — can increase the number of people who start and stay in treatment for substance use disorder. About 360 adults who call a mental health access center will be included. The goal is to see if this extra support leads to more completed treatment visits compared to usual care.
