Summary

This study tested a 4-week program called Zinde Zihin ("Fit Mind") in 62 older adults living in nursing homes. The program included brain games, exercise, nutrition advice, and stress management. Researchers measured changes in Alzheimer's risk scores and found that the program may help lower risk. Participants were aged 65-80 and did not have dementia or major health issues.
