Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called zanidatamab for people with advanced cancers that have a specific marker called HER2 and have stopped responding to prior treatments. It will enroll about 200 adults with various cancers including breast, lung, stomach, and ovarian cancers. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and control the cancer's growth while monitoring side effects.
