First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests whether a single injection of XytriX, made from umbilical cord stem cells, can safely improve pain and function in adults with knee osteoarthritis. About 75 participants with mild to severe knee arthritis will receive the injection and be monitored for changes in symptoms. The goal is to see if this approach can help control the disease and ease discomfort.
