First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This early study tested a single topical dose of stem cells (XSTEM-VLU) in 6 people with difficult-to-heal venous leg ulcers. The goal was to check safety and see if the treatment helps wounds close faster when added to standard care. Participants were followed for 10 weeks after treatment.
