Summary

This study tested a therapy called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Work Success (CBTw) in 294 veterans with serious mental illness (like depression, bipolar disorder, or PTSD) who were unemployed. The goal was to help them find and keep competitive jobs, which can improve their health and well-being. The therapy focused on changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviors related to work.
