New study: happiness training may ease IBS symptoms

Summary

This study tests whether a well-being intervention can improve both emotional health and physical symptoms in adults with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Researchers will measure changes in anger, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, empathy, hope, and IBS severity. About 150 participants will be followed for up to 9 months.
