Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app that uses artificial intelligence and cognitive behavior therapy to help people with obesity lose weight and improve body composition. The app tracks food and mood through photos and provides personalized guidance. One hundred adults aged 18-65 with a BMI of 27 or higher will use the app for 9 months to see if it leads to lasting weight loss and better health.
