This study tests a weight loss program for adult survivors of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) who are overweight or have obesity. Participants receive a weekly injection of tirzepatide plus remote, supervised resistance exercise three times a week for 28 weeks. The goal is to see if at least 70% of participants lose 5% or more of their body weight. The study involves 20 people and is currently recruiting.
