Summary
This study tested two ways to reduce chronic low back pain: whole-body electrical muscle stimulation (WB-EMS) and standard resistance training. 26 adults aged 40-70 with ongoing pain took part. The goal was to see which approach better lowers pain and improves daily function over 10 weeks.
