NCT ID NCT06791967
First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested if a 12-week home-based walking program could help people with heart failure feel less depressed, less frail, and have a better quality of life. 68 adults hospitalized for heart failure were split into two groups: one got standard health education, and the other also followed a walking plan at home. Researchers checked their depression, frailty, and quality of life before the program and again after 1 and 3 months.
