VR headsets and music may ease breast biopsy anxiety

Summary
This study compares virtual reality (VR) and music relaxation to standard care for reducing anxiety and pain in 600 women undergoing breast biopsies. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups. The goal is to see if these simple, drug-free techniques make the procedure more comfortable.
