Summary

This study aimed to explore whether using a virtual reality headset for guided mindfulness meditation could help reduce symptoms of pain, stress, anxiety, and depression. It planned to enroll 60 adults from UCLA and VA hospitals to try 15-minute VR sessions and track their symptoms over three months. The trial was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
