Summary

This study will test whether a virtual reality (VR) mindfulness program can help patients feel less anxious and experience less pain during minimally invasive vascular surgery done under local anesthesia. About 160 adults will be randomly assigned to either receive the VR mindfulness intervention or standard care. The main goal is to see if VR can improve the surgical experience by lowering anxiety and pain levels.
