Summary

This study tests whether using virtual reality and action observation therapy during the time a wrist or hand is in a cast can improve recovery. Participants watch first-person videos of hand movements through a VR headset and then practice those movements. The goal is to prevent negative brain changes that happen when a limb is immobilized, leading to faster and more complete recovery.
