Summary

This study tested whether Voltaren Gel, a topical pain reliever, can help people with knee osteoarthritis move more and feel better in daily life. About 196 adults aged 40 to 85 used the gel as directed for three weeks while wearing an activity tracker. The goal was to see if it increased moderate-to-vigorous physical activity, steps, and overall quality of life including sleep and mood.
