Inclusion Criteria: * speaking Turkish * over 18 years old * Undergoing general anesthesia, * Not having a serious psychiatric diagnosis * Giving written consent to participate in the study Exclusion Criteria: * Patients who received spinal anesthesia, * Patients who were transferred to units such as intensive care after surgery will not be included in the study. * Patients under 18 and over 65 years of age.
