Summary
This study tested whether a vitamin D mouthwash can help repair weak spots on children's permanent teeth caused by molar incisor hypomineralization (MIH). 32 children with MIH used either a vitamin D or placebo mouthwash. Researchers measured tooth strength, plaque buildup, and gum health to see if vitamin D offers extra benefits beyond standard care.
