First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study is testing whether high doses of vitamin D, followed by a lower maintenance dose, can reduce seizure frequency, fatigue, and improve quality of life in adults with epilepsy. Two hundred participants will receive vitamin D supplements and be monitored for three months. The goal is to see if this simple vitamin can offer extra help alongside standard epilepsy treatments.
