PICTURES MAY BOOST HEART DRUG ADHERENCE IN NEW STUDY

NCT ID NCT07505511

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a simple idea: showing heart failure patients easy-to-understand pictures of how their medications can help them live longer and stay out of the hospital. About 100 adults with heart failure will receive these visual aids along with their usual care. Researchers will use blood tests to check if patients are actually taking their medicines, and also ask about their quality of life. The goal is to see if this low-cost approach can improve medication adherence and guide a larger future study.
