Summary
This study tests whether watching calming nature videos with virtual reality (VR) glasses can lower pain and anxiety in people recovering from colorectal surgery. Sixty adults will be split into two groups: one group uses VR glasses for 10-15 minutes before and after surgery, while the other receives standard care. Researchers will measure pain and anxiety levels using questionnaires and a pain scale.
