Virtual reality goggles could be new tool against cancer pain

Summary
This study tests whether using virtual reality (VR) can reduce belly pain and improve daily life for people with digestive tract cancers. 360 participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: skills-based VR, distraction VR, or a sham VR. Researchers will track pain, activity, and opioid use over 60 days to see which approach works best.
