Summary

This study tests whether using virtual reality (VR) during knee or hip surgery can help patients feel less anxious and need fewer sedating drugs. About 50 adults having surgery with a nerve block (awake but numb) will try VR and give feedback. The goal is to see if VR is a useful addition to standard care.
