Summary
This study tested a virtual, group-based mental health program for adults with cystic fibrosis (CF). The goal was to see if the program was practical and helpful for reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety. Twenty-one adults with CF took part in an 8-week online therapy and completed questionnaires before and after the program. The results will show whether this approach is a feasible way to support mental health in people with CF.
