Summary
This study tests whether vinpocetine, a drug that may improve blood flow in the brain, can safely reduce Parkinson's symptoms like tremor and stiffness. Researchers will enroll 60 adults aged 50 and older who already take levodopa for Parkinson's. The main goal is to see if the drug improves scores on a standard Parkinson's rating scale and changes certain blood markers.
