Summary

This study tests a one-day acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) program designed for veterans who have both inflammatory bowel disease (like Crohn's or colitis) and mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD. The goal is to see if this brief program is practical and helpful for improving daily functioning and quality of life. About 50 veterans will take part, and the program will be delivered within regular gastroenterology care.
