Summary
This study looked at whether vericiguat, a heart failure medication, can improve blood vessel function, reduce inflammation, and enhance quality of life in people with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction. 26 participants took the drug and were monitored for changes in artery health and symptoms. The goal was to see if this treatment helps patients feel better and move more easily.
