Testicle blood flow may predict fertility surgery success
NCT ID NCT07517952
First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at 40 infertile men with varicoceles (enlarged veins in the scrotum) to see if blood flow measurements in the testicles can predict how well they recover after surgery. Participants will have ultrasound scans, semen tests, and testosterone checks before and three months after a standard microsurgical repair. The goal is to find a simple way to identify who will benefit most from the operation.
