Summary
This study compares two vaginal treatments—estrogen and DHEA—for common menopause symptoms like dryness, discomfort, and painful sex. About 324 perimenopausal and menopausal women will be randomly assigned to one treatment and complete questionnaires and simple tests. The goal is to help doctors choose the best option to improve quality of life and sexual health.
