First seen Jul 31, 2026 · Last updated Jul 31, 2026
Summary
This trial tests whether laughter yoga can improve emotional labor and quality of life in female nurses going through menopause. About 120 nurses aged 45 or older will be randomly assigned to either eight laughter yoga sessions over four weeks or no intervention. Researchers will measure emotional labor behavior and menopause-specific quality of life before, after, and at follow-up to see if laughter yoga makes a difference.
