Summary

This study collects blood, urine, saliva, and tumor tissue from people with or at risk for urothelial cancer, as well as from healthy volunteers. The goal is to analyze DNA and other molecular changes to learn what causes this cancer and how it responds to treatment. Participants do not receive any experimental therapy; they provide samples and medical information over time.
