Could umbilical cord stem cells ease knee arthritis?

Summary

This study tests if injecting stem cells from umbilical cords can help people with knee osteoarthritis. About 100 adults aged 40-70 will receive either the stem cells or a placebo. The goal is to see if this treatment reduces pain and improves knee function better than a placebo.
