Balloon breakthrough: new tool may prevent Post-C-Section bleeding

Summary

This study tests a new method called U-CaVIT that uses a balloon catheter to prevent severe bleeding after cesarean delivery in women at high risk. About 70 participants will receive either standard care or standard care plus the balloon. The goal is to see if the balloon reduces blood loss and the need for additional treatments.
