Summary
This study tests whether giving tranexamic acid (TXA) during hip reconstruction in children reduces blood loss and the need for blood transfusions. About 400 children will be randomly assigned to receive TXA, a nerve block, or standard care. The goal is to make surgery safer and speed up recovery.
