Summary
This study looks at how different types of exercise affect the way your body processes fat and sugar, which is linked to insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. Researchers will study healthy lean people and overweight or obese individuals before and after 16 weeks of supervised treadmill or yoga training. The goal is to understand how weight and fitness level change fuel metabolism, not to provide a treatment or cure.
