Drug holiday or not? sarcoma study tests best strategy

Summary
This study looked at 53 adults with advanced soft tissue sarcoma who had stable disease or improvement after 6 cycles of trabectedin. Half continued the drug, while the other half took a break (drug holiday). The goal was to see which approach better delays cancer progression and reduces side effects.
